This post will guide you through the available titles, the requirements for each, and the simple process to claim yours.

Available Group Titles & Eligibility

Below are the titles you can earn. Please review the requirements carefully to see which one fits you best.

Technical Expertise Titles

These titles recognize members with proven professional experience in key technical fields.

  • Audio Specialist

    • Who it’s for: Professionals who specialize in sound engineering, audio systems design, and live sound mixing.
      • Requirement: At least 3 years of verifiable professional experience in the audio industry.

  • AV Specialist

    • Who it’s for: Experts in integrated audio-visual systems, including projection, video walls, control systems, and video conferencing.
      • Requirement: A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the commercial or residential AV integration industry.

  • LED Technician

    • Who it’s for: Technicians skilled in the setup, operation, and maintenance of LED video walls and displays.
      • Requirement: At least 2 years of hands-on experience working directly with LED display technology.

  • Power Professional

    • Who it’s for: Licensed electricians or power distribution specialists with experience in event production or temporary power setups.
      • Requirement: Verifiable certification or licensure, or at least 3 years of professional experience in power distribution.

Community & Partner Titles

These titles recognize members for their contributions to the community and their partnership status.

  • Community Builder

    • Who it’s for: Members who consistently provide helpful answers, share valuable insights, and foster a positive and welcoming environment.
      • Requirement: A significant history of positive contributions, including at least 50 helpful posts and active participation for over 6 months. This title is typically awarded by nomination or recognition from the moderation team.

  • Insane Impact Partners

    • Who it’s for: Official partners, distributors, and certified dealers of Insane Impact products and services.
      • Requirement: You must be an employee of a company with an active, official partnership agreement. This title is granted automatically upon verification.

  • Community Moderator

    • Who it’s for: A select group of trusted members who help maintain the forum’s guidelines and ensure discussions remain productive.
      • Requirement: This role is by invitation only, based on long-term positive contributions and demonstrated leadership within the community.

How to Claim Your Title

Ready to get your title? Follow these three simple steps:

  1. Gather Your Proof: Prepare documentation that verifies your experience or status. This can include a link to your professional profile (like LinkedIn), a portfolio, or a company staff page. For the “Insane Impact Partners” title, simply provide your company name and role.

  2. Send a Private Message: Send a private message to a Community Moderator with the subject line “Group Title Request.”

  3. Include the Details: In your message, please include:

    1. The specific title you are requesting.
    2. A brief summary of why you qualify.
    3. A link to your supporting documentation for verification.

Our moderation team will review your request and apply the title to your account within 3-5 business days. We will notify you once it’s complete.
